Dr. Shahrouz Parvinjah DC ( also known as Dr. Ruz) is a renown American Doctor of Chiropractic and obtained his Doctorate from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Ruz has over 12 years of clinical experience in the field and is also a Biostatistician who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistical Sciences from the esteemed University of California-Riverside.

 

Dr. Ruz prides himself on his wholistic data driven approach to treat the whole person and not just one symptom-providing each patient individually tailored treatment plans.

Dr. Ruz has vast experience from treating elite professional athletes globally (including renown athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, FIBA, PGA, WBO) to everyday people young and old suffering from acute and chronic pain.

 

Dr Ruz specializes rehabilitation (pre-and post-surgical), sports medicine, and neuromusculoskeletal treatment including spinal manipulations, electrical muscle stimulation therapy, ultrasound diathermy therapy, scar tissue mobilization amongst many other techniques used.

 

Dr. Ruz is certified in the Graston Technique, Functional Movement Systems I & II, Corrective Exercise Specialist and is an active member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M), Rock Tape RC (Kinesio Taping)  and licensed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE)
