We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to missed or canceled sessions. We appreciate as much notice as possible in such cases. Our cancellation policy will be discussed during our initial sessions, and we aim to find a solution that accommodates your needs.

DBT was initially developed to treat borderline personality disorder (BPD), but it has since been adapted for various other mental health conditions. These include depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, eating disorders, and self-harming behaviors.
